i write kurosaki ichigo as 18 years old by default. HIS AGE IS NOT UP FOR DISCUSSION. i am NOT aging him up for shipping purposes, i am aging him up because i have NEVER been okay with the idea of a 15 yr old kid getting mutilated by adult characters. ichigo has never looked his age, and though that doesn’t make the overall situation okay, this is anime we’re talking about. there’s only so much i can do to mitigate the issue.

001. I AM OF AGE. i will always check your blog & make sure of your age. all rated material, if any, will be tagged accordingly.

002. NO ASSUMPTIONS. i expect the usual rp etiquette and that includes no godmodding and no assumptions about my muse. even if it is canon in your muse’s verse, talk to me first. thanks!!

ESL. i’m from hong kong; i speak cantonese. shit might fly over my head. i’ll ask questions & i’ll make sure about stuff & i may not always understand you; english is challenging & i often struggle with switching tense, but i try my best to suit who i write with. if you write ‘purple prose’, it's likely i won't even understand you.

004. INTERACTING.
— i will not write with ‘self-insert’ ocs or outrageously ooc portrayals of canon characters. it makes me extremely uncomfortable.
— i don’t write perma-death threads. period.
— please don't SPAM memes / asks without the intent of continuing interaction. i really didn't come here to write by myself. always feel free to continue answered asks as threads!!
— i don’t care about length / word count, i care about enjoyment. our thread is important to me! I can write shorter replies if asked. PS: you do not need icons to write with me! I DON'T CARE about your formatting / aesthetic. you DON'T need to look or write fancy to interact with me; my aesthetic is for myself, not for others.

CANON / CROSSOVERS. the ending was rushed and messy, that’s all i’m really gonna say. i didn’t hate it, but i can’t say that i liked it, either. while i don’t acknowledge the epilogue of BLEACH, i am NOT an anti. i don’t mind breaking timelines & going nuts with AUs, i love them!!

005. CONTROVERSIAL TOPICS. do what you will, like what you want, but i am NOT here for abusive relationships, dub-con or rape, & i never will be. although ichigo isn't one to put up with any kind of abusive relationship, overall toxic relationships are still up for discussion—but straight-up abuse plots are not.

006. SHIPPING. i love shipping, but it is not a priority!! i write ichigo as demiromantic demipansexual. so, if interactions go well, sure, i'm always down for ships, but i’m not really here for just that.

any pre-established friendships/relationships are fine, but i prefer that we discuss any pre-established romantic relationships BEFORE interaction. if you skip this process & assume or force a ship—canon or otherwise—then i will be averse to ship with you from that moment onward. i prefer building relationships. if you don’t like that or get tired of 'waiting' for me, unfollow.

kurosaki ichigo + CHEMISTRY. no chemistry, no romance. & he does NOT default into the ‘‘role’’ of a ‘‘top/bottom’’ at all, in ANY relationship.

007. EXCLUSIVITY / MAINS. not into the idea of private cliques / controlled interactions. i've had bad experiences. i just want to write and make friends if at all possible. i take mains but the speed in which i reply to them isn't affected.

DUPLICATES / PLAGIARISM. i welcome ALL duplicates. i'm up for any kind of twin / duplicate verse, anytime!! this is a given but PLEASE do not take any aspects of my portrayal; do not use me as inspiration; do not use me as a template. this 'imitation' isn't flattery; it's DISRESPECT. i've had kurosaki as a muse for a very long time, so if i spot one too many strange "similarities", i will out you & block you. there is no excuse i will accept. i never want to deal with something as soul-crushing as plagiarism again.

be proud of your own work. not someone else's. otherwise what's the point?

009. GENERAL MEDICAL ISSUES. i am autistic, physically disabled & visually impaired; i suffer from a CNS disease, anxiety, ADD, & depression. I AM FULLY DIAGNOSED. i’m slow & i won’t reply to everything on time. although maladaptive perfectionism is often considered a subtle form of OCD, it is aggressive in my case. if it isn’t my eyes slowing me down, it’s this, on top of IRL.

my schedule is sporadic, so i ask you to please be patient.
